1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Provider agrees to deliver the following services to Client:

A. AI Content Creation Training

• Teach Client how to produce:

  • AI-generated content

  • Commercials

  • Video/photo ads

• Provide guidance on tools, workflows, and prompt strategies.

B. Content Scheduling Support

• Provide a content scheduler setup or recommendation.

• Provide basic training on how to batch, plan, and schedule posts.

C. Full Business Automation Setup (Priority Item)

Provider will set up foundational automations, including:

• Instagram Comment Automation – auto-reply systems, lead capture flows, or DM funnels.

• Business Phone Automation – virtual receptionist setup, call routing, call scripts, missed-call text reply.

• Automated Appointment Scheduling – system setup for consultations or services.

• Email Automation Setup – welcome sequence, lead nurturing workflow, and booking confirmations.

D. Web App Demo for Nail Tech Directory

Provider will:

• Create and present a demo web app showing the structure of a nail technology directory.

• Provide strategic guidance on:

  • Membership tiers

  • How nail techs will join

  • Featured/paid listing options

  • User experience & functionality

• Outline a monetization model for nail tech memberships.

(This Agreement covers the demo and strategic planning only. Full development of the web app, if requested in the future, will require a separate contract.)

E. Support for Virtual Classes on Foot Care

Provider will consult on:

• Structuring virtual foot-care classes.

• Pricing models ($350–$500 per class or consultation).

• Landing page or booking system recommendations.

• Marketing strategy for promoting the virtual class.

2. COMPENSATION

Client agrees to pay Provider $1,500 USD for the services listed above.

• Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Work will begin once payment is received.

3. TIMELINE

• Provider will deliver services over a period of up to 30 days from the date payment is made.

• Additional time or expansion of the project may require a new agreement.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information, access, logins, or content needed to complete automations.

• Attend scheduled meetings or trainings.

• Communicate promptly to avoid project delays.

5. REVISIONS & ADDITIONAL WORK

• Minor revisions related to the listed services are included.

• Any additional services not listed in Section 1—including full development of the nail tech directory app—will require a separate scope of work and additional fees.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Provider is not responsible for:

• Platform outages, changes, or restrictions (IG, Meta, AI tools, automation software, etc.)

• Client’s failure to use tools properly after training

• Business outcomes, sales, or lead performance

All services are provided as consulting, setup, and training.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both Parties agree to keep shared business information confidential.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement through written notice.

• No refunds will be issued once services begin.

• If the Client terminates early, all completed work up to that point will be delivered.

9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By paying the invoice or signing below, Client acknowledges agreement to all terms listed above.
